Family Infant Toddler Program & Early Intervention

Serves families who have concerns about the development of their young child ages birth to three years of age. The goal is to meet the developmental and health-related needs of infants or toddlers in the family. CONFIDENT PARENTING HOME VISITING

Serves families with children ages prenatal to five. Home visitors are skilled at working with families to build and strengthen relationships in which children can flourish. Staff promotes healthy child development by helping parents and caregivers create an environment in which children learn to relate to others, regulate their emotions, communicate their needs, and think creatively. CONJUNTO THERAPEUTIC PRESCHOOL

Serves three and four-year-olds. Community-Based Child Abuse Prevention (CBCAP)

Focus on preventing child abuse and neglect and strengthening and preserving families. Navigators provide intensive and comprehensive support services for families with children ages zero to five in order to improve social and emotional well-being and resilience. We partner with families to create a support plan specific to their circumstances, values, and culture. Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health

Our therapists partner with children ages prenatal to 6 and their families to create a support plan specific to their circumstances, values, and culture. Therapists can meet with clients in their homes, our offices, or at a community meeting place, and meeting times can be flexible to accommodate families’ schedules. The clinical team is part of the National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN) and provides evidence-based therapies to address childhood trauma. Community Integrated Employment

Connects people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities with skills training and paid employment in regular, integrated work settings. Each participating adult, working in close concert with Las Cumbres staff, develops a service plan to help them achieve their own objectives. Supported Living

Peach House in Los Alamos provides housing and round-the-clock services on site, making it possible for adults with intellectual and development disabilities, whose needs are beyond the scope of parents or family members, to live in a comfortable and well-maintained home setting. Adult Day Services

Customized In-Home Supports

Provides comprehensive supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in their own homes or with family members. The program offers consumers the opportunity to live as independently as possible while actively participating in community life. Comprised of two supports:

• Independent Living offers exposure to a wide variety of life experiences, focusing on health and safety tools, problem-solving, and skills to bolster self-sufficiency and confidence

Bilingual/bicultural therapists support immigrant families in Northern New Mexico (Santa Fe, Bernalillo, Rio Arriba, Taos, and Los Alamos counties) via trauma-informed family navigation and mental health treatment services and providing connection to resources such as: transportation, access to housing, translation/interpretation, food assistance, legal assistance and childcare. SANTA FE AFGHAN RESETTLEMENT PROJECT

Helps newly relocated Afghan children & families integrate their experiences as they settle into our community.  Bilingual, trauma-informed, culturally aware therapists & community navigators provide mental health screenings, family prevention, and early intervention services, as well as specialized individual. Family navigation services provide a connection to community resources such as food assistance, transportation, translation, educational, vocational, and legal assistance. WINGS SOT Program

Walking IN Grace with Survivors of Torture, provides relational, culturally, and linguistically appropriate, trauma-informed, holistic, and community-integrated care to survivors of torture and their families in New Mexico. The program also develops and strengthens community systems of care in the state, expanding the capacity of providers and organizations to provide effective, evidence-based services to survivors and their families.
